Netoil Capital Ltd. (“NOC”) announces that it has reached agreement with Nordic Petroleum AS (“Nordic”) for the acquisition of all shares in Nordic, against the issue to Nordic of 1,950,000 shares in NOC.
The acquisition increases the number of shareholders in NOC, thereby broadening its investor base. Nordic has 1080 shareholders and as such will contribute to this.
