Netoil Capital Ltd (the “Company”) has, in a letter dated 28 September 2022, applied for the delisting of the Company’s shares from listing on Oslo Børs. The basis for the application is a decision made at the Company’s general meeting on 20 September 2022, where the general meeting, with the support of 81.6% of the votes cast, decided to give the board authorization to apply for delisting from listing on Oslo Børs.
The shares in Netoil Capital Ltd will be delisted from Euronext Growth from and including 19 October 2022. The last day of listing will be 18 October 2022.
